The Big Gulf Gorge editorial was shot for Cedar in Hong Kong for Cathay Pacific In-flight Magazine.I had so much lovely food and so many fantastic conversations. I especially recommend the SheikhMohammed Center for Cultural understanding. I have been in the UAE for 25 years and the breakfast at the SMCCU in Al Fahidi District was so informative and I learned quite a few new things. My friend works for Cathay Pacific and picked up a copy for me.
